摘要: The objective of the research is to determine quantitative influence of building envelope on annual heating and cooling energy demand in office buildings demonstrated a reference office-tower located Novi Sad, Serbia. investigation intended find preferable applicable solutions for performance improvement currently inefficient buildings. A comparative evaluative analysis was performed among the expenses simulated values from multi-zone model designed EnergyPlus engine. determines an improved window to wall ratio using dynamic daylight simulation presents glazing parameters (U-value, Solar heat gain coefficient - SHGC) performance. Findings presented reduction down 30% point out significance SHGC parameter overall with high internal loads. The calculation air-ventilation according EN 15251 is included respectively. Results offer effective methods performance temperate climate conditions.
