摘要: There has been a paucity of information on trends in hydrological extremes. Based daily precipitation and temperature streamflow records the arid region, northwest China, temporal spatial characteristics extremes were analyzed during 1960–2010. The results showed that: (1) show patterns consistent with warming, large proportion stations showing statistically significant trends. Warming indices derived from minimum are greater magnitudes than those maximum temperature. decreases frequency for cold mainly occur summer autumn, while warm increases autumn winter; (2) Most exhibited increasing across increase region was due to both intensity; (3) extreme events 1901 2010, particularly post 1970s. Extreme occurred summer. obtained this study, frequency, magnitude, intensity expected over time; (4) Frequency distribution general symmetry along Tianshan Mountains, distributed evenly Junggar Basin Tarim Basin. More observed north-west that southeast. incidence west Mountains generally decreased south-eastward.
