摘要: Abstract We have measured the longitudinal and Hall resistivities of YBa2Cu3O7 single crystals irradiated by energetic heavy ions. This type irradiation results in creation continuous cylinders amorphous matter which act as very efficient pinning centers. As a consequence we observe drastic narrowing transition curves magnetic field (parallel to axis) strong increase energies near Tc. In addition, voltage do present sign change below Tc even after irradiation, confirms that negative is related an intrinsic property material.
