摘要: Peripheral blood stem cells from healthy donors mobilized by granulocyte colony-stimulating factor (G-CSF) and harvested leukapheresis are commonly used for allogeneic cell transplantation. The frequency of severe graft versus host disease is similar patients receiving peripheral bone marrow allografts, even though the grafts contain more T cells, indicating mobilization-related immunoregulatory effects. regulatory phosphoprotein osteopontin was quantified in plasma samples before G-CSF treatment, after four days treatment immediately leukapheresis, 18-24 h apheresis. Myeloma received chemotherapy, combined with G-CSF, mobilization were prepared before, after, leukapheresis. increased levels, a further increase seen pre-apheresis levels also myeloma compared to individuals. Finally, vivo exposure did not alter expression ligand CD44, vitro induced only small increases anti-CD3- anti-CD28-stimulated proliferation. followed can systemic this effect may contribute immunomodulatory effects treatment.
