摘要: Tetragenococcus strains isolated from the manufacturing process of Japanese puffer fish ovaries fermented with rice-bran were characterized and differentiated phenotypically genotypically. A total 413 isolates evaluated. On basis five representative substrates, grouped into seven groups. An RFLP (restriction fragment length polymorphisms) analysis 16S rRNA gene major groups revealed that they could be two groups: one was identified as most prominent halophilic lactic acid coccus, halophilus, other T. muriaticus, which has recently been added to genus a new species. Physiologically, differences between found in ability grow medium not supplemented NaCl fermentation L-arabinose, sucrose D-mannitol, several carbohydrates.
