摘要: Primary mesenchymal tumors of the lung are uncommon that often resemble their counterparts in soft tissue. Both benign and malignant origin may arise from bronchopulmonary system. These be single lineage differentiation show fibroblastic, muscle, cartilage bone, adipose, myxoid, neurogenic, or neuroectodermal features composed heterogenous cell types like hamartomas triton tumor. The incidence for these is very low based on current literature it appears primary pulmonary sarcomas account less than 1 % all tumors.
