摘要: This chapter deals with the toll-like receptors, which represent first point of meaningful physical contact between pathogens and host. They are “eyes” innate immune system, they supply information upon host must rely in forming an response, all benefits, potential problems that such a response entails. While other mechanisms work parallel TLRs, support their function, overall pattern to pathogen is cast stone from moment TLRs activated. More specifically, it far deciphering molecular events transpire TLR signal transduction. human have been identified, proteins may participate macromolecular complex detects at surface cells. Some these be detected through direct biochemical techniques, others identified only mutagenesis.
