摘要: In the present work, urchin-like CdTe microspheres were prepared through self-assembly of quantum dots (QDs) via monolayer a long-chain ionic liquid, 1-hexadecyl-3-methylimidazolium bromide (C16mimBr). The TEM and SEM images indicated that synthesized about 2.0 μm in diameter composed nanorods grown on their surfaces. effects growth time concentration QDs investigated, results revealed sufficient appropriate both required for formation microspheres. Based these results, possible mechanism is proposed.
