摘要: Introduction: Patients receiving hemodialysis treatment for chronic renal failure (CRF) develop various symptoms and experience lifestyle changes. CRF is a progressive disease characterized by irreversible loss of nephrons. Objective: The aim the study was to evaluate fatigue, sleep quality activities daily living in patients with failure. Method: This descriptive cross-sectional study. Sixty-seven aged over 18 years who admitted private dialysis center were included. Sociodemographic information recorded 'Visual Analog Scale Fatigue' used 'Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index' assessment 'Katz Activities Daily Living Scale' evaluation all patients. All evaluations conducted same investigator before session. Fatigue level repeated after data obtained analyzed using SPSS 24.0 software package. Results: Thirty (44.8%) females 37 (55.2%) males enrolled mean age population 55.8 ± 15.75 years. 74.6% had poor quality. fatigue score 4.82 2.02 8.79±1.67 hemodialysis, as assessed VAS-F. participants independent living. average Katz ADL 16.80 1.76.
