摘要: The incorporation of silicon can improve the bioactivity hydroxyapatite (HA). Silicon-substituted HA (Ca10(PO4)6−x(SiO4)x(OH)2−x, Si-HA) composite coatings on a bioactive titanium substrate were prepared by using vacuum-plasma spraying method. surface structure was characterized XRD, SEM, XRF, EDS and FTIR. bond strength coating investigated XRD patterns showed that Ti/Si-HA similar to seen for HA. only different pattern slight trend toward smaller angle direction with an increase in molar ratio silicon. FTIR spectra most notable effect substitution –OH group decreased as content increased. elemental analysis indicated consistent silicon-substituted used spraying. A TiO2 formed etched Ti, etching might coatings. interaction human serum albumin (HSA) much greater than Ti/HA coating. This suggest lead significant improvements performance
