摘要: The outcomes of surgical reconstruction for patients who have undergone extensive tumor resection the mandible and associated soft tissue been less than desirable many reasons: lack cancer cure, radiation problems, as well inadequate functional reconstructive results. These traditionally multiple procedures restoration deformity. With advent new donor sites successful transfer microvascular hard tissue, one can restore largest defects created during excision. Combining these techniques with biocompatible dental implants bone plates, technology has advanced to point predictable outcomes. appearance, mandibular function, mastication is mandated by patients. Dental are now placed in vascularized immediately at time ablative surgery. This obviates need additional procedures, adjunctive hyperbaric oxygen therapy, problems placement irradiated tissue.
