摘要: Dengue virus (DENV) is a human pathogen and its etiology has been widely established. There are many interactions between DENV proteins that have reported in literature. However, no publicly accessible resource for efficiently retrieving the information yet available. In this study, we mined all available dengue-human literature into database called DenHunt. We retrieved 682 direct of with dengue viral components, 382 indirect 4120 differentially expressed genes infected cell lines patients. illustrated importance DenHunt by mapping on to host interactome observed targets multiple functional complexes important cellular processes such as metabolism, immune system signaling pathways suggesting potential role these pathogenesis. also 7 percent interacting associated other infectious non-infectious diseases. Finally, understanding comes from analyses could be used design better strategies counteract diseases caused virus. The whole dataset catalogued searchable database, (http://proline.biochem.iisc.ernet.in/DenHunt/).
