摘要: Although numerous cases of epidemic encephalitis with involvement the vestibular connections have been reported in literature, a predominance cerebellar symptomatology is less frequently found. When manifestations described they have, ḿost cases, overshadowed by parkinsonian syndrome. REPORT OF CASES In view comparatively rare incidence chronic encephalitis, following are presented. Case 1.—History. —B. B., high school student, aged 18, was admitted to University Hospital on April 25, 1928, complaining headache, dizziness and staggering. The symptoms had begun one year previously when he noticed blurred vision diplopia continued reading. This difficulty increased severity during next few weeks. There were no chills or fever, but dull pain between shoulders persistent headache present at times became agonizing. Seven months after appearance diplopia,
