摘要: A total of 206 adult specimens tilapia, Oreochromis niloticus, were collected from the Guarapiranga Reservoir, Sao Paulo, August 1996 to April 1998, relate their health condition with parasite infestation. Hematocrits and differential leukocyte counts analyzed. Scrapings skin gills performed this last removed fixed for identification monogeneans. In gills, Trichodina , Ichthyophtirius multifiliis Cryptobia amoebas monogeneans ( Cichlidogyrus sp.) found, in skin, Henneguya . The prevalence some parasites seemed be associated water temperature level dissolved oxygen. hematocrit cells percentage showed little variation during sampling period. Only basophils demonstrated a significant difference between monthly mean values. eosinophil was higher fish parasitized I. sp. non-parasitized animals. There no detection mortality. It could concluded that good even though Reservoir not ideal.
