摘要: Abstract : The U.S. Navy has established a Probability of Raid Annihilation (PRA) Assessment Process to be used for each new ship class. Papers presented at previous SIW meetings have described the PRA and development certain aspects Process, including Federation Testbed. This paper provides an overview total illustrate how process class results meet OPEVAL requirements across classes in consistent adequate manner. as applied will build on products results, Testbed implemented, from work. To facilitate this reuse, all relevant material, collectively referred Standards Architecture (PS&A), is documented one module. PS&A module roadmap any class's program manager technical team implement documentation products. shows steps correlate FEderation Development & Execution (FEDEP) model: requirements, conceptual modeling, design, software development, integration, execution. VV&A not separate step but overlays FEDEP Process. includes documents associated with step, Systems Engineering Concept Model (SECM). discussion SECM captures both real world simulated views. In addition, starts generic view then granulates specific applications. approach takes advantage what common among while capturing critical differences they relate ability single defend itself against threat raid.
