摘要: Abstract This research was conducted to determine the effects of Lentinula edodes (L. edodes) medicinal mushroom extract as a trout feed supplement on immune response and disease resistance against Lactococcus garvieae in rainbow (Oncorhynchus mykiss). For this purpose, fish were fed with 1% 2% L. supplemented diet for six weeks. During trial, blood samples taken from 10 fish/group each week up 6 weeks. Furthermore, at end challenged pathogen by intraperitoneal injection. Upon evaluation results, feeding showed significant influence immunological parameters. The parameters found be higher experimental than control group. Statistically levels serum total immunoglobulin detected only group diet. maximum occurred extract. As result challenge test, survival rate highest results suggested that enhanced decreased mortality garvieae. Statement relevance study determined an edible system trout. use protected partially lactococcosis disease, increased their rate, also response. experiment performed commercial farm region therefore application suitable aquacultural fields.
