摘要: In this study, the pre-hydrolysis liquor (PHL) was recycled during aspen chip water pre-hydrolysis, and effects of PHL recycling on extraction accumulation hemicellulosic saccharides especially that with high molecular weight in were studied. The results showed concentration hemicellulose depended temperature times. Compared to unrecycled PHL, increased significantly when once or twice at 170°C. Furthermore, amount high-molecular-weight hemicelluloses (HMHs) 170°C from 2.58g/L (unrecycled) 6.18g/L, but corresponding average HMHs decreased 9.2kDa 7.6kDa. time 180°C, accompanied by formation a significant furfural.
