摘要: Abstract Monitoring the vibration behaviour of large rotating machinery is an effective way to reduce production losses and enhance safety, efficiency, reliability, availability longevity in manufacturing processes. As increasingly employed continuous operations at high speeds with heavy loads, rotor systems more complex. Focusing on defects different joint time–frequency representations, we present adaptive decomposition (ATFD) technique describe transient vibration. This approach provides a precise interpretation complex signals that consist various structures through decomposing it into paramedic, redundant well-localised components plane. Both computer simulation actual case show this has resolution no interference terms. The analysis results proved could specify critical speed as well acceleration rate accurately very ensuring passing field safely.
