摘要: Cerebrovascular and cardiovascular diseases are the leading causes of death in patients undergoing maintenance hemodialysis. Recently, it has become clear that appearance cerebral microbleeds (MBs) on T2*-weighted magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) is closely related to intracerebral hemorrhage. The present study investigated incidence MBs chronic dialysis effect hemodialysis MBs. A total 80 (34 males 46 females) with renal failure, mean age 62.9 ± 11.4 years, were examined by MRI. duration was 7.8 6.3 years. found 28 (35%) did not significantly affect Old hemorrhages seen 7 patients, 5 whom (71%) had frequency old higher than those without ( P = .048), more them .0065). This a high hemodialysis, correlation between hemorrhage, but no ratio considered have been caused other factors, such as hypertension.
