摘要: Silver nanoparticle (SNP) is a threat to soil, water and human health. Protection of environment from silver nanoparticles major concern. A sewage isolate, Bacillus pumilus treated with SNPs showed similar growth kinetics that without nanoparticles. reduction in the amount exopolysaccharides was observed after - B. culture supernatant interaction. The Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR) peaks for extracted bacterial interacted were almost similar. exopolysaccharide capping confirmed by UV-Visible, FT-IR X-ray diffraction analysis. study capped E. coli, S. aureus M. luteus less toxicity compared uncoated SNPs. Our studies suggested bacterially produced serve as probable mechanism tolerance.
