摘要: Abstract This chapter examines the relationship between agent-based modeling and economic decision-making experiments with human subjects. Both approaches exploit controlled “laboratory” conditions as a means of isolating sources aggregate phenomena. Research findings from laboratory studies subject behavior have inspired using artificial agents in “computational laboratories” vice versa. In certain cases, both methods been used to examine same phenomenon. The focus this is on empirical validity terms explaining data experiments. We also point out synergies two methodologies that exploited well promising new possibilities.
