摘要: Electrical discharge grinding process has four types of states and abnormal states, such as arcs short circuits have great impact on the machining efficiency surface finish workpieces, for example, polycrystalline diamond cutting tools. The aim this study had been to develop a new servo system with high bandwidth dual stage actuators, which can quickly change gap width eliminate these harmful states. structure is that piezoelectric actuator stands linear both move along one axis. actuator, but travel distance, was used control relatively slow long tunes feed rate workpiece match erosion rate. information obtained from electrical waveform feedback signal. adjusted its velocity based average displacement value. Hence, an machine developed one-axis system. results simulations experiments showed provided response, well enhanced stability.
