Effects of morphology on NO2 detection in air at room temperature with phthalocyanine thin films

摘要: Lead phthalocyanine films freshly deposited on alumina and glass were found to consist of disordered phases fine particles with mean diameter below 0.2μm. Following annealing at 300 ° C, a transition crystalline form is obtained. The crystal size in the annealed C or above affected by nature substrate, ambient atmosphere time. an optimized preparation procedure, exhibit response times less than 20 sec recovery order several minutes, independently N02 concentration exposure time, room temperature. They crystals diameters 0.2μm amorphous are not observed. For zinc, copper, cobalt nickel films, some improvements achieved but sufficient allow No2 detection these phthalocyanines, type formed leadphthalocyanine produced conductive paths when air.
