摘要: Research on reasoning does not inspire public debate or policymakers. This absence from the sphere cannot be attributed to some general problem that would plague all fields concerned with higher cognition, because research decision making and morality feature prominently in policy debates. The partly stems choice of focusing highly unusual forms (such as syllogistic deduction), removed everyday conditions which we reason. Refocusing uncertainty, preferences, intuitions allows specialists tackle social concerns; it makes fully interoperable decisions morality.
