摘要: A solvent-free palladium-catalyzed ortho-iodination of acetanilides using N-iodosuccinimide as the iodine source has been developed under ball-milling conditions. This present method avoids use hazardous organic solvents, high reaction temperature, and long time provides a highly efficient methodology to realize regioselective functionalization in yields up 94% ball mill. Furthermore, current can be extended synthesis ortho-brominated ortho-chlorinated products good by corresponding N-halosuccinimides.
