摘要: The move towards collaborative governance in the environmental policy arena often takes form of partnerships involving multiple stakeholders with divergent beliefs and interests. Within such partnerships, subsets frequently coalitions for purpose achieving a common goal. Often, will coordinate one another both within across these coalitions. Using interview questionnaire data from 9 U.S. marine aquaculture 2009, we test three competing theoretical propositions regarding how individuals decide whom to coordinate. These include belief homophily (individuals those that hold congruent beliefs), trust they trust), resources who are seen critical needed resources). Results suggest specific resource attributes more important than shared when others partnerships.
