摘要: Resumen Es bien sabido que ocasionalmente una lesion coronaria angiograficamente aparentemente significativa podria no causar isquemia y viceversa. Por eso las decisiones terapeuticas basadas en un conocimiento de la fisiologia son cada vez mas importantes.
