摘要: This paper examines the post-treatment support practices, attitudes and preferences of outpatient alcohol other drug (AOD) treatment staff as well perceived barriers to implementing a service in an AOD context. Data were collected via semi-structured interview group discussion (n = 23). Findings suggest that was rarely provided by participating or their respective services. However, there widespread for such services, it generally believed implementation would be most successful if: multiple options made available; if one more these based on maintenance established client/clinician relationship; involved proactive (service-led) telephone support. A number possible identified, although none considered insurmountable.
