摘要: The link between milk production practices and bacterial diversity of 67 raw milks from dairy farms in the Savoie Haute-Savoie regions France was studied by Single Strand Conformation Polymorphism (SSCP) analysis. milking cleanliness different parts cow housing were evaluated. SSCP profiles allow to classify into three groups: group A characterised a majority Gram-positive non-lactic acid bacteria (Corynebacterineae Micrococcaceae) high level hygiene practices. groups B C close but those A: they both dominated lactic less intensive dominance Gram-negative Lactococcus lactis species while Brevibacterium linens Leuconostoc mesenteroides. variation balance populations can be associated with differences hygienic
