摘要: Accreting black holes (BHs) produce intense radiation and powerful relativistic jets, which are affected by the BH’s spin magnitude direction. Although thin disks might align with BH axis via Bardeen-Petterson effect, this does not apply to jet systems thick disks. We used fully three-dimensional general magnetohydrodynamical simulations study accreting BHs various vectors disk thicknesses magnetic flux reaching saturation. Our reveal a “magneto-spin alignment” mechanism that causes magnetized jets near reorient outer farther away. This has implications for evolution of mass spin, feedback on host galaxies, resolved images in SgrA* M87.
