摘要: From 1965 to 1985, of 1108 patients with advanced gastric cancer who underwent resection in our department, 216 (19.5%) had synchronous peritoneal dissemination (PD) or liver metastasis (LM). The 1-year survival rate was 22.5% for PD, 14.7% LM, and 4.8% PD plus LM (p less than 0.01). With were younger, tumor larger, Borrmann type 3 4 undifferentiated lesions more frequent, the incidence serosal invasion higher. Histologic findings showed a pattern infiltrative growth. likely be male, 2 differentiated antral region often involved. degree PD. growth expansive vascular involvement prominent. Rate lymph node high both groups. route partly linked features primary lesion. Multivariate analysis that independent risk factors involved occurrence each are invasion, metastasis, tissue LM. When designing treatment an attempt suppress recurrence, even after curative resection, all these must kept mind.
