摘要: An exciting development in wetland mapping and monitoring is the use of SAR polarimetry which uses both magnitude phase backscattered radar signal for information extraction. This approach allows accurate delineation flooded vegetation due to double bounce scattering mechanism helps identify unambiguously. Repeat pass polarimetric data then used monitor temporal change vegetation. useful a variety applications monitoring. paper will present novel Curvelet-based technique enhancement decomposition channels as well differences these channels. Starting with Freeman-Durden Cloude-Pottier Radarsat-2 Curvelet image detection are applied. The results very promising although validation by comparison ground truth still has be done.
