摘要: Abstract Dye-sensitized solar cells (DSSCs) were fabricated using TiO 2 nanotube arrays (NTAs) as the photoanodes, which adhered onto transparent conducting glass substrates by a carbon (CNT)-TiO composite paste. The effect of CNT contents on DSSC performance was investigated adjusting ratios CNTs to in It found that efficiencies firstly increased and then decreased with increasing contents. optimized efficiency 6.77% achieved at suitable concentration (0.1 wt%), due balance electron transport light harvesting.
