What are we targeting when we treat autism spectrum disorder? A systematic review of 406 clinical trials.

摘要: The number of trials aimed at evaluating treatments for autism spectrum disorder has been increasing progressively. However, it is not clear which outcome measures should be used to assess their efficacy, especially target core symptoms. present review provide a comprehensive overview regarding the in clinical people with disorder. We systematically searched Web KnowledgeSM database between 1980 and 2016 identify published controlled investigating efficacy interventions included 406 final database, from total 327 were identified. Only seven scales more than 5% studies, among only three measured symptoms (Autism Diagnostic Observation Schedule, Childhood Autism Rating Scale, Social Responsiveness Scale).
