摘要: Almost thirty years ago the criteria that are currently used to verify claims for discovery of a new element were set down by comprehensive work Transfermium Working Group, TWG, jointly established IUPAC and IUPAP. The recent completion naming 118 elements in first seven periods Periodic Table Elements was considered as an opportunity review these light experimental theoretical advances field. In late 2016 Unions decided establish Joint JWG, consisting six members determined Unions. A meeting JWG May 2017. One year later this report finished. part works conclusions TWG Parties, JWP, deciding on now named summarized. Possible developments production identification beyond presently known ones estimated. Criteria guidelines establishing priority potential presented. Special emphasis is given description application limits their applicability.
