摘要: Abstract 1. The citric acid cycle in engorged nymphs of the camel tick Hyalomma dromedarii was studied by simultaneous isolation and determination acids. Acetate-1-14C certain co-factors were incubated with homogenates made from whole tissue presence absence inhibitors. 2. occurred this but its activity appeared to be a low level. 3. Other mechanisms could also operative along which would provide substrates for cycle. 4. A highly labelled unidentified formed members
