摘要: The in vitro response of normal stimulated human peripheral blood lymphocytes to methylmethacrylate (MMA) was a dose related inhibition. Fifty per cent inhibition occurred at concentrations 0.078-0.125%. MMA affected not only responses soluble phytomitogens but also specific antigens and allogeneic lymphocytes. Numbers viable cells cultures with without mitogens were comparable the beginning end experiments, excluding methacrylate-related cytotoxicity as primary mechanism lymphocyte responses. Inhibition did result from alteration kinetics greatest when added during early phases cellular activation. It reduced ability T-lymphocytes rosette sheep erythrocytes. These data indicate that causes noncytotoxic, incompletely reversible nonspecific, specific, soluble, insoluble formation vitro.
