Success Factors Leading to the Sustainability of Software Process Improvement Efforts

摘要: Despite the fact that many software organizations put a lot of effort into process improvement, they still do not always succeed in sustaining improvement results. We believe this is due to current frameworks and/or models provide any aid form list success factors primarily contribute sustainability SPI efforts.
