摘要: Organizations have long been portrayed as rational, unemotional and neutral entities. However, recent research has shown the significance of violence, emotions gender in around organizations. For instance, Hearn Parkin (1995) demonstrated power paradox ‘organization sexuality’ — interconnection between gender, sexuality its pervasive influence supposedly agendered, asexual rational worlds. Organizations, however, are not only sexualized gendered. Emotions, though often formally acknowledged, ever-present organizations (Flam 1990; 1993; 2000; Fineman 2007; Gabriel 1995). Academic, policy workplace resistance literature pointed to a frequent structural co-occurrence relations (Kondo Jermier et al. 1994; O’Toole/Schiffman 1997; 1998; 2003; Heise 2002; WHO Ferguson 2004).
