摘要: A new rapid time-overlapping high-performance liquid chromatography method using coupled-column double-injection technique with fluorescence detection has been developed and validated to determine methyldopa (MTD) in human urine. The was based on injecting a sample onto the second column before finalizing cleanup re-equilibration of first for former sample. combination isocratic gradient elution employed according pre-set program. At beginning, step acetate buffer solution (0.1 M, pH 2.4) set until 7 min. Subsequently, as mobile phase acetonitrile B employed. After end each step, re-equilibrated 4 mL starting system next analysis. overall cycle time 7 min per calibration curve linear over concentration range 0.1–40 µg/mL MTD. ...
