摘要: A response surface methodology (RSM), based on Moving Least-Square (MLS) approximation and adaptive moving region of interest, is presented for shape optimization problem. To avoid a local optimum to obtain an accurate solution at low cost, efficient strategy which allows improve the RSM accuracy in vicinity global presented. During progression procedure, interest search space reduced by half around each optimum. The clinch forming process considered as application example using ABAQUS finite element code. geometries both punch die are optimized joints resistance tensile loading.
