摘要: Abstract 1. Electron microscopic observations of developing human renal glomeruli are presented. 2. The Malpighian corpuscle develops as a mass epithelial cells in continuity with the convoluted tubule. It is surrounded by sparse, incomplete layer basement membrane material. 3. Capsular space cleft formation when primitive glomerular tuft appears, leaving single Bowman's capsule on one side. 4. that develop into visceral rapidly differentiate appearance from parietal more dense protoplasm and cytoplasmic foot processes. Foot processes present only where apposed to tuft. 5. capillary originates broad sheets cords endothelial-like cells, appears be shaped penetration cells. There no sign invagination hollow vesicle any preparation. 6. product endothelial receive contribution form double membranes each. 7. Fully matured red blood observed frequently, before lumens present. This taken indicate situ development glomerulus. suggested lumen about these retraction shrinking back cytoplasm.
