摘要: A simple new agar medium containing L-canavanine, glycine, and bromthymol blue was found to give a clearer more accurate distinction between serotype or D (Cryptococcus neoformans var. neoformans) B C (C. gattii) than creatinine-dextrose-bromthymol glycine-cycloheximide-phenol red media. Among 143 isolates of 70 C, the correlated completely with serotype, whereas nearly 11% these gave discrepant reactions
