摘要: Abstract A new type of spectrofluorimetric research system is constructed. It composed a number easily interchangeable optical instruments and characterized by its wide aperture, 1 : 3, versatility extendability. Some methods testing the performance optimizing construction are described. The serves for recording emission excitation spectra, their anisotropies (in-phase or our-of-phase, at several geometries), as well low-temperature absorption spectra. pressurized sample compartment O 2 -quenching measurements in kinetics excited-state processes.
