摘要: Abstract Nanometer-sized Eu 3+ -doped ZnS and Mn 2+ particles were prepared by solid-state method at low temperature. The structures properties of those materials characterized X-ray diffraction (XRD) photoluminescent spectroscopy techniques. XRD patterns reveal that the doped nanoparticles belong to zinc-blende structure. concentration doping ions has little effect on sizes nanoparticles, which mainly depends temperature preparation. emission peaks from 5 D 0 → 7 F J ( =1, 2, 4) electronic energy transitions observed in spectra ZnS:Eu nanoparticles. intensity ratio two 1 2 indicates more occupy sites with no inversion symmetry. For ZnS:Mn an orange 4 T 6 A transition is present, indicating positions lattices. Meanwhile, UV-induced luminescence enhancement was for possible reason discussed primarily.
