摘要: The exponential growth of the Internet (WWW in particular) has opened-up several avenues for covert channel communication. Steganographic communication is one such avenue. Hiding secret messages digital data as images using steganographic software tools becoming easier. These posted public Web sites can then be downloaded at receiver and hidden may extracted securely. To thwart channels on new types search engines that identify, detect track these are necessary. Traditional algorithms will fail to identify channels. In this paper, we discuss various key issues involved developing a stego (forensic) engine. We also propose approaches address some issues. Finally, prototype forensic engine developed called STEALTH detail its architecture. Some experimental results reported.
