摘要: Randomization of program participants into control and experimental groups is often not feasible in field settings. The researcher's desire to evaluate a with rigorous design incompatible the objective serving expressed needs participants. However, opportunities do arise when randomized group can be constructed without disregarding participants'wish included treatment group.
