摘要: The level structure of {sup 132,134}Ba was investigated in ({ital p},{ital t}) transfer reactions. High resolution spectra (7{endash}8 keV full width at half maximum) with targets from a mass separator allow us to resolve levels up 4.0 MeV. New 0{sup +} states are identified. monopole strength shows distributions similar those observed for 194,196}Pt. This is consistent the O(6) limit interacting boson approximation (IBA-1) model, without ruling out other, more microscopically based interpretations low-lying these nuclei.
