摘要: This paper discusses trafficking in persons within a human security framework by identifying factors that heighten the insecurity of women and children countries origin, transit destination. The author begins reviewing definitions use assessing scope problem, describing vulnerable populations harmful practices. then addresses conditions vulnerability, including economic conditions, entrenchment organized crime, civil war unrest. It examines responses to problem transit, destination, concludes with recommendations for future policy intervention.
