摘要: The aim of this research was to determine prognostic indicators work disability in occupational back pain as reported the literature, by systematically searching assessing methodological quality research, and synthesizing findings into a concise summary. An article considered eligible for review if participants had an injury back, based on original published English, involved cohort with less than 6 months post at least one follow up assessment. Each independently reviewed two “blinded” reviewers using 19 appraisal criteria studies. Nineteen studies met standard be included. Time since onset, demographic factors, functional disability, psychological distress, reports, previous episodes, environment were identified important factors. Most compartmentalized factors they considered. What is needed comprehensive multivariate biopsychosocial job-related model disability.
